Room only
Up to 30 days before the arrival date it is possible to cancel without penalty. A refund of 100% of the amount paid at the time of booking will be guaranteed.
Up to 14 days before the arrival date it is possible to cancel with partial penalty. A refund of only 50% of the amount paid at the time of booking will be guaranteed.
From the 14th day until the arrival date it is possible to cancel with a full penalty (100%). No refund of the amount paid at the time of booking will be guaranteed.
NON REFUNDABLE

At the time of booking the full amount of the stay's cost will be charged (in exchange of a more discounted rate). At any time you decide to cancel your reservation, no refund will be guaranteed, therefore the full amount (100%) paid at the time of booking will be retained (except for serious reasons, scrupulously documented).
